Will my order be charged tax?

Sales tax is only applied to orders in New Jersey because we have a physical location there. We do not collect sales tax for any other states.

When I enter my credit card number over the Internet, is it secure?

Yes, it is a secure page. Our secure servers fully encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble–free transactions. We utilize the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and all information you entrust to us. theBoomShop.com utilizes the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to insure the safety of your transaction. Shopping online with your credit card is safer than shopping at your local store or restaurant.

Can I use two coupons at the same time?

You can use multiple coupons on one order, but no more than one coupon per product. Limitations may apply, see coupons for details.

What kind of warranty do your products have?

A:

Most products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty which guarantees against defect for a period of at least one year. Please refer to the warranty section in the product manual for details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A:

All items, unless otherwise noted, ship with ground service - the most economical option. Some of our smaller products ship via UPS or FedEx. Larger items may ship via a truck/freight carrier. From the date of shipment, ground service generally takes 2-3 business days to reach its destination depending on location. Truck/freight shipments may take 5-7 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently only offer domestic shipping to the continental U.S. Our check out system will not allow shipping to address outside of these areas.

Can I cancel my order?

A:

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping by contacting customer service at 1-888-876-6950. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled therefore you will have to either refuse shipment upon delivery attempt or request a Returns Authorization. Issuance of a RA# is the only way for us to process a refund. Some shipping charges may apply.

If I have an item that has a lifetime warranty. How do I get it replaced?

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to ship my order?

The average time it takes products to ship from our warehouse is within 24 hours. Some products do ship more quickly than others, due to order type, inventory status, and shipping method. Larger items such as fitness equipment may take 3-5 days because these goods must ship via truck freight.
