There are two components to total shipping time for orders

  • Once you place an order, we must process it and contact the shipping company to pick up the order from one of our warehouses.

  • Once the shipping company picks up the order, they must deliver it.

Most orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed same day by our warehouse. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Almost all of our items ship via ground service, the economical shipping option.

 

Time To Ship

The average time it takes products to ship from our warehouse is within 48 hours. Some products do ship more quickly than others, due to order type, inventory status, and shipping method. Larger items such as fitness equipment may take 3-5 days because these goods must ship via LTL freight.

Our estimations of inventory status and "Times to Ship" are as fair and accurate as possible. Occasionally, a product might go out of stock. In these cases, you will be contacted with your options.


 

Time In Transit

All items, unless otherwise noted, ship with ground service - the most economical option. Some of our smaller products ship via UPS or FedEx. Larger items may ship via a truck/freight carrier. From the date of shipment, ground service generally takes 3-5 business days to reach its destination depending on location. Truck/freight shipments may take 5-10 business days.


 

Expedited Delivery

Expedited delivery is available on select products that ship via UPS or Fedex. If you would like expedited delivery, please select that option at checkout, if offered. If you are not offered the option for expedited shipping, that option is not available on that product.

Order Verification

You may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure there is no delay on your delivery, double check all information you enter during checkout.
